Britton would never work in England's midfield. He'd pass it to Stevie G, he'd hit it 40 yards straight to the opposition defender and end up conceding a goal and it wouldn't be Gerrard the media would blame.

He deserved his cap for the effort he's put into his career jtc, but as I said earlier It makes no difference to me, just the player himself just like Routledge and dyer. Chuckles seems to ignore that fact. But to leave Caulker completely out of the squad for these friendlies really does further instill the belief for me that there is something more to it. I'ts the English Fa premier league, they don't want Welsh clubs in it, and they are sending out the message that if you play for Swansea or Cardiff then you will not play for England!
