What I don't get is why anybody ever spent a penny on red merchandise. The way many folded was pitiful, the way people begged him to stay a disgrace but the people who bought red? What the f**k are they doing. You coild have still supported all the good things about your club and supported the players and manager easily enough without buying that red shit. Waiting for the usual what the fecks it got to do with you gypo response. But as a football fan and a proud welshman I feel I have the right to an opinion on the way modern overseas owners are behaving.

There are several hundred threads having pops of fans wearing red, and I have witnessed first hand a fan wearing red being abused and assaulted by a so called pro blue. Who for the record was wearing civi clothes.


Either way, fan abuse is the thing that shouldn't be tolerated the subject is irellevant.
Fans should be able to express their support for Their club anyway they feel without being persecuted.

We are all supporters regardless of opinions on colour identity and anything else associated with Cardiff city FC

The only FACT I believe true is the one above WE ARE ALL SUPPORTERS OF CARDIFF CITY!

Some of these are new supporters who identify with red now as it's all they know and others are older supporters( myself included who identify with blue cps it's all I've known) and personally I don't see it changing anytime soon and probably in 50 years time if I'm still alive you won't even here the word blue or maybe even bluebirds mentioned anywhere near Cardiff city FC or maybe we'll be back in blue? Who knows ?

All this red/blue stuff detracts from what is the greatest season since I've been following the city and I'm just enjoying it regardless of whose in charge of the club and what colour we are playing in, I won't cut off my nose to spite my face by not going as I've spent thousands to see this dream, and am I putting money in tans pocket? Maybe I am but has he made any yet? No he hasn't has he lost money, Yes to the tune of £100m plus has the club moved forward yes is what tan has achieved brilliant for the future sustainability of the club yes! Other than colour yes but as time goes on I care less about the colour and more about establishing this great club in the top flight for as long as possible, and look forward to seeing future generations of kids aspiring to play for a local team in the premier league and support that same local team and not have a society of armchair plastics constantly filling my twitter and Facebook feed with drivel about their club that they've never even seen play, I see more and more kids in Cardiff tops now and regardless of colour it fills me with more pride than seeing hundreds of Man U shirts and Liverpool shirts all over my local pubs and towns and for me this can only be a good thing for the club and wales as a whole

I disagree with Tan choosing red, but I can accept that he has his reasons even if I disagree with them.

What is harder to understand is that he is so anti blue. The blue strip tends to be the third choice strip. If Tan wanted to try and keep the fans happy (or at least reduce the level of unhappiness) why is the blue strip not our second choice strip? Blue could be worn at lots of the away games and at those games fans would be happier.

Everyone should stop going to games, Tan shouldn't spend a penny at all on transfers including January and next summer and get relegated all the way to League 2.
