Plenty of players are given their chance in the prem without going on loan; Januzaj, Sterling (both younger, smaller and less experienced)

We are lacking pacey wingers, so why not give a chance to someone that we have instead of looking elsewhere. (Montoya, Ince)

Whats saying Harris couldn't do it if given the chance?

Difference is, Sterling had CL and prem veterans around him: Gerrard, Suarez, Agger, Reina ect ect
Man Utd are the same: Carrick, Rio, Vidic, Rooney, V. Persie ect ect

We have Bellers... And possible PO, we have seasoned professionals, but many are also in their first PL campaign themselves, so they are also in a new environment and learning

It isn't the right time for Harris, we need to concentrate on survival, not bringing through potential talent that had only done well against DVP players
