Stoke have had players like Jones, Jerome, etc. up front. Now, I may be mistaken but I'm pretty sure they are much taller and stronger than both Campbell and Odemwingie.

That's why we put 3 of our defence up for corners and free kicks doh

Then get counter attacked and Medel gives away a cynical foul we get punished from. Yeah, it works wonders. The fact we have to put our defence up as our main threat to score just shows how pathetically toothless we are up front. :laughing6:

It's been working tho, would you prefer he set up the team like teams like Norwich and Sunderland who have spent just as much money. There are defo 3 teams worse than us in this league, Hull will get dragged into the dogfight as well I have no doubt about that

The man city result is a 1 in 25 occurence. Last minute stunner against fulham and a set play against swansea.

3 goals from open play this season.

What's your point? How would you set up then genius?

Not my job. I pay to be entertained.

I would try and score a goal though. You know.....those things that football is about

We have scored the same amount of goals as spurs and more than or equal to 8 other teams  go to bed your embarrassing :laughing6:

A goal from open play instead of praying for a corner.

If your happy with how we setup then thats fine, im pleased for you. I however, am not.

Stoke have done fine for the last 7 odd years playing similar so why not us. If you want to watch fancy football go and watch the rats down west

Look what happened to Pulis

and look where stoke are now

At what point did I say we had good attacking options, we are just playing to our strengths, simple really for some1 with half a brain cell :laughing6:

What strengths?

We're just inviting pressure upon us 24/7. Its the equivalent of a boxer just standing in the corner and allowing to be continuously punched until he eventually breaks and gets KO'd. I'd rather we fought back and at least gave teams ago even if it meant we eventually lost.

I also find your attempt at belittling me funny considering you used 'some1' instead of 'someone'.

Mmmmm... set plays  We are doing fine, picking up points nicely on target for 40 points. Did you expect us to be top 4 or something :laughing5:

You mean the set plays that kept getting launched straight to their goal keeper today? Oh right okay.

We've got 12 from 11 games. We're currently on course for exactly 41 points. That may keep us up this year, it may not.

Team tactics dont go to plan everygame, if they did we would be top of the league  The way teams like Sunderland and palace are going along I think we have a good chance of staying up, 41 points will do nicely IMO :laughing6:

What happens if one of them teams buck up their ideas and start playing? Relying on other teams to do worse than you is ridiculous. Can you imagine if Apple just relied on Microsoft to do worse than them. The world in terms of business, economics or anything you applied that attitude to in fact would just go nowhere.

Why have ambition aye when we can just count on others to be worse? :laughing6:

What if Cardiff bucked up their ideas  What if, what if, what if I won the euros and I bought cardiff a couple of 30 mil players

We are well on course for 40 points, the points are ticking over nicely, as long as we keep winning our home games against the so called weaker teams like Swansea then we will be fine. Playing away is all about nicking a point or 3 and that's how malky set out today :malky:

The one thing im proud of,iis that i cant be accused of being fickle.i have always said that Mackay is not good enough to be our manager, and i have seen nothing this season to change my mind
