Not at all. If something is custom and practice for a while then it is deemed part of your contract of employment.

Do you not understand the concept of a contract? If I promise a client something I draw up a contract and I fulfil my contractual obligation. It's done to protect all parties involved in a negotiation. Something that custom has no legal obligation to be done unless of course it can be proven to be a verbal or oral contract which has been breached. That is very difficult to prove in most cases hence why most contracts are drawn/written up and signed by both parties. Guarantees should always be written up so whilst Tan may have went back on his word, legally he hasn't done anything wrong in the slightest.

I find your comments about warnings or sackings distasteful and its a good job we have unions with people like you around.

Not really. A contract is a legal document and if I work and don't have one there's a very high chance I can get shafted by a client who I have provided work for. Therefore, in order to protect myself and them legally a contract will always be put together determining the agreement and what the agreement involves in very particular detail and so on as to avoid confusion.

I suggest you look up contract law before making yourself look more foolish.

If you also think that Tan is balanced then you are as barking as he is. Do you own a red trenchcoat by any chance?

No I don't. I actually want Tan to leave but I also possess the intellect and analysis skills to see that Tan has done both good and bad for the club. A good point in bailing us out and keeping us alive. A bad point being the rebrand. There are plenty more positives and negatives that I won't go into. Of course his negatives for some will cast a larger shadow on the positives. It depends how some people see it.

Dont worry, I have just had a pm from Tan and he tells me that your free red scarf is in the post. :ayatollah:

Not at all.

All newspapers/news outlets have their own agenda/views depending on affiliation and to label them all as a collective is absurd.

Whilst there may be some in the media who think Tan is a clown there will be others who see him as the guy who saved our club and can do what he wants to it because he owns it like the guy who thinks those who oppose modern football should put up or shut up whereas other reporters have stated Tan is wrong doing what he's doing. Each to their own.

I've just spoke to the WJEC, they've told me they've put your contractual law book in the post but they're worried that you may struggle to read it and have suggested sending Key Stage 2 books instead.

If the players had any legal leg to stand on they would have already been pursuing it through the courts. They are not doing so. There's your answer.

We will have to disagree on that one. So do you thing that Tans image can be rescued if he changed us back to blue?
