Just because he was tracking him at Watford, it doesn't necessarily mean he wanted him at Cardiff. After all, Watford were mid table, and we were going for promotion and a higher standard of player. Thankfully along as we can maintain Premier League football and stick to strict financial restraints, we can stay afloat without the need for millions on a monthly basis from an investor.
