Sir Huw must be secretly tamping he let himself be hoodwinked by Laudrups threats to back me or sack me in the summer.

Who you kidding?
Hes got 2 in 8 PL league games and one of them was on the opening day. Hes scored 1 goal, a penatly, in 3 months.![]()
FFS even Laudrup is reliasing he signed a dud hes only started in 4 of the 8 league appearances hes been available for.
I dont think Spew forked out 13m for him to bag a few goals in the Europa league prelims do you?
Premier League is the bread and butter and where you are judged not playing Timbucktoo FC
Cant see Roathies reply as hes on ignore but id hazard he guess hes mentioning a ratio of goals per game based on minutes
The major flaw with that ratio is hes not got the fitness to play for 90 minutes as he is a slow, lazy carthorse plus Laudrup wont select him for 90 minutes.
Hes scored 1 goal from open play in 8 PL games. Terrible statistic for a 13m striker whos team create so many chances (Well if you listen to their fans).

Cornelius has 0 in 3 months![]()
Bony has 2 in 300 and something premier league minutes. You cant score unless you are on the pitch, as A corn will confirm. That works out as a goal every 2 and a bit games.

we have a squad rotation policy. Know what that is polo?![]()

nope. Which is why we didnt only give him a 3 month contract![]()

of course I am. You are judging him by his goals are you not? Well you cant judge him if hes not on the oitch,

1 PL goal from open play in 8 appearences. You could have signed Kenny Miller for a 100th of the price for that kind of stat.

What I find funny is that he calls Medel overpriced (whom commentators/pundits that I've listened to speaking about him say how much of a steal he is even at 9.5m), whereas he says nothing about the so called 13m striker Wilfried Bony.
The same commentators and pundits that thought Swansea were top 4 contenders?when will people learn that the majority of these pundits are buffoons?
£13m for a striker with a 1 in 2.5 games strike rate in the Premier league is not bad at all, goal scorers come with a premium, they are rare. defensive midfielders of sufficient quality are 10 a penny, we have two we paid nothing for. Its easier to destroy than create, hence why defensive players are cheaper.... Or at least should be.

Because Valencia are a poor level European side?
The boy's a natural goalscorer, and will score goals in the Premier League. Perhaps he should be playing more, and we should be playing more to his strengths, but he's done well so far in front of goals. He's scoring against who he's being put up against, you can't write him off for not scoring against Premier League sides given the lack of minutes he's had in the Premier League.

Valencia are in free fall they are no longer a top european side.
Staving off relegation is their priority this year they had to get rid of all their best players.
Not to mention they were down to 10 men for most of the game cos Bony took a dive.
Hes slowed your game right down. Michu dont like playing with him, gets very frustrated with him what ive seen.
his desperation is palpable

I didn't say they were a top European side, but they're hardly a low level one and are certainly at the same calibre of Premier Leage sides. They'll easily stay up.
Bony didn't dive, and had he not taken him down hen he'd have been through on goalMichu doesn't get frustrated with him either, he gave him the ball to take the penalty for the Sunderland goal and Bony credited Michu with the goal - they're relationship is fine.
