I hope you don't think you'll have the monopoly on desire and passion (are you sure you don't mean fire and paassion btw? :laughing6: ).

In fact it shouldn't go unmentioned that we will have more players in our side who have played in a South Wales Derby than you (Rangel, Taylor, Williams, Britton, Dyer, Routledge).

As for the game, anything can happen in a one off encounter as has been proven numerous times by different teams over the years.

My prediction, whoever scores first will win.

not quite sure where this tippy tappy thing is still flying around so much, teams are just letting you pass sideways or backwards now if thats what you want to do, some will charge everything down but thats tough for 90 mins so why bother, just play your own game and you try and get through, doesnt seem to be working for the jacks this year, they are not getting through like they once did. Regardless, something will happen to change the course of the game, its bound too. Cant believe some jacks think Medel wouldnt get into their team? come on now....

I genuinely think they are overrated and don't get this wankalona love in ????

I feel we are already at the same level in our first season, and will piss past them next season.

I think we will win on Sunday and I think their fans will be suprised, but it's a derby match so who knows what the outcome will be but at the end of the season there won't be many points between us......

Battered by Norwich, last minute miss by Graham against Hull. 2 cast iron pens turned down v Everton. Last minute goal against Fulham against the run of play, BE HONEST, you have rode your luck. Good luck to you but pleeaassee lets not get ahead of ourselves.

There is a lot of posturing come derby week. As we saw yesterday there is hamming up of "look how bitter they are" and hamming up of "we will smash them" as you saw today.

I highly doubt either team will smash the other. You arent calable of smashing anyone in fairness and we arent capable of breaking down a team determined to destroy it with enough regularity to run up a cricket score.

We are a completely different class to you in terms of footballing ability however you have become very adept in stiffling your opponants which you showed all of last year aswell as this. You arent an easy team to beat.

If we get the first goal then im confident, if we concede the first goal then it could be game over. That first goal is vital. Its my gut feeling that we will go behind and you will shut up shop.

We will know who scores first before you

Your streams seriously lag whereas we will be in the ground

I'm a Cardiff fan and I'll be honest I don't think there is much difference in the squads, if we played football like you do for arguments sake I don't think our current best 11 is any worse than yours, I think you have better forward options in Michu without a doubt but go across the back four and midfield and arguably the squads are very similar in capability I think you pop us at left back cos Taylor isn't as good as your left back but IMO if we played with more freedom and better passing football which I think most of our squad are capable of then we have the ability in midfield to open teams up we proved that against man city just malky believes in a different philosophy of football, and for any Cardiff fans saying that Swansea tappy tappy is rubbish I'd pay double what we pay to watch that than the current football I'm watching at our ground as it's dire, it may well keep us in this league and it may not, but I'd rather go down playing like that than go the stoke route which we clearly are trying to do!

Others may disagree your entitled to but I'd rather see us take it to teams end f the day with our midfield and limited attackers I believe we would get more from the likes of Campbell and odemwingie and even Bellamy and whittingham and kimbo playing passing attacking football especially at home against teams around us

Well its points isnt it, not finishing positions, im happy to use the form so far after studying the level of opponents which has changed since I wrote that.

That puts you on 38 points. Whether that will be enough is anyones guess. Id guess no.

Re: " The Jacks a bit of Honesty please "

You could be top of the league and we could be bottom or vice versa, but all that goes out of the window on Sunday ,derby days negate league form or position. I think who ever wants it more on the day will win, I hope thats us obviously but not sure how it is gonna go.

Please no trouble, we as a nation are in the spotlight all over the World.

It is a derby and anything can happen on the day, I'd certainly take a point.

I do believe that we are a stronger side than you, and that over the course of the season we'll finish above you.

Re: " The Jacks a bit of Honesty please "

No one can argue that there not a good footballing side, but I think our hard work might just be enough to cancel that out. If Medel can mark Michu out the game (not an easy task I know) Eboy will find it very difficult. Our CB I think will dominate in the air but I do worry about Taylor as both wingers very fast. I think Theo will be fine. My major concern is that we will find it difficult to score as I think none our out and out strikers are good enough or are the type that can play upfront on there own. Either way a result is very important Sunday even if it wasn't Swansea.

Because everyone on here hasn't predicted us to go down since we've gone up to the Premier League?

Re: " The Jacks a bit of Honesty please "

I never usually comment on derby games between us and the jacks but I will make an exception on this occasion.
I have a bad feeling about this match in terms of the result of the game and this is my honest opinion.
Form, as we all know, goes out of the window in any derby match imho as every player should be up for these types of games.
It pains me to say but I honestly think that Swansea will beat us 2-0 on Sunday, (cue the abuse  ), as I think they will be up for it more than we will be. I really hope I'm wrong but somehow I can't see us beating them on this occasion as they are a better footballing side at the moment. Having saying that I would definitely take a point.
Some Cardiff fans on here are deluded at some of the comments I have read and just the same as most jacks on here are deluded if they think they will smash us  bitterness from both sets of fans here.
Come you Bluebirds please prove me wrong.

Not so sure it "totally" goes out of the window.
Home advantage and the nature of the opposition only goes so far.
The majority of players are seasoned players and several are internationals; it's not like a fourth division derby.
They have the better team, the better players and it will take a lot more than a noisy crowd and hyped up players to win the football game.
