Tony Pulis has a great record and kept Stoke above the relegation battles, he got them promoted and also got them into a cup final. Malky's done similar to be fair, but is yet to keep us up in this league. So the difference is experience.

What could he achieve with more money, who knows, but although Stoke did not set the PL alight, he made them competitive and no team liked going to the Britannia Stadium when he was in charge - they could turn any of the top sides over on their day and they often did. If Malky does go, I think Tony Pulis would be a safe pair of hands.
