I have been told , that Malky left this morning , its come from a source within the club via somebody who works for me. you know who that is.
I hope its bullshit , but I wanted to see an official club statement. Why would they delay in issuing a statement ?
I really don't get it.

We are no clearer than we were 7 days ago, The statement on Friday was poor the one yesterday was no better. I would like to know Tans reasoning to replace someone that is a key member of Malkys backroon staff with someone that only months ago was painting the stand
There is no mention of his role or that of CEO Lim in the restructure of the club
I would also like to know why Mr Tan has not converted his debt into shares as previously promissed as part of the rebrand..he may have settled the Langstone debt so surely he should make good his promise to turn the debt into equity?

Hes got to buy all the shares first, which he is well on the way of doing. He said by november he will have 98% bought and will convert then.

Didn't Tan say that he would convert his loans into equity?

Yes, when he has bought out all significant shareholders which he said would be completed by November.

Ok, I thought that it was part of the terms of when he went ahead with the rebrand that he would be converting his debt into equity - I was mistaken I did not realise this was after he had bought up the other shareholders

He has to buy out others first. Otherwise he would be writing off £140m of debt and only owning 50% of the club and its future income streams.
Would you do that??

No I would not and that is understandable & clarifiy's things...there was no mention previously though that he would be buying out other shareholders
