Not surprised to be honest, what I have been hearing today about the way Tan is acting is not good hearing.

That is not a smear campaign that is being concerned about the way Tan is acting.

If I wished to start a smear campaign I would post the numerous disturbing things I have heard but as I said in other posts I will allow others to do so.

Or do you think what you have read or seen so far in the past couple of days is acceptable behaviour by Tan because if you do Nathan then you are indeed out of touch with the rest of the football world who have shown an interest in the circus that is Cardiff City FC.

WHat you have done is said 'there is something going on, its bad and Tan is behind it, but I won't telly ou what it is'. If that isn't a smear campaign aimed at unsettling fans then what is?

Now, my views on the events of the past few days;

If Moody has done something then its only right that he be suspended under full pay (gardening leave) as is common practice in HR while and investigation is being undertaken to determine if there is any wrong doing. I think more than the odd city fan accepts that there could have been something at that what the club has done on this half of the incident is acceptable and standard practice.

The second part of the action with the Khazak guy raises a few more eyebrows. Though I do think there could be some semi reasonable explanations to this. Maybe Tan doesn't want someone else going in a covering up anything, maybe he doesn't want someone he doesn't trust going in and blowing the whistle on a whole can of other worms he would rather keep internal. Hence the appointment to the position of a family friend. could he actually do the job long term, who knows? But its an acting role, interim role as obviously they can't permanently replace Moody until the full disciplinary and grievance procedure has runs its course. But its also someone personal to him who can feed back anything without any additional risk of there being further leaks.

Its probably inevitable with football message boards but on both accounts I think ALL city fans need to hold back and not be so rash in jumping to conclusions. One of the phrases I detest the most at present is FFS and fans seem to be reeling of wild accusations with this phrase at the end of it to add force and credence to their statements which i don't like. Hate is rising up with no firm foundation to back it up. Message board rumor is fueling tabloid gossip which is fueling message board rumor and its going round in circles evermore giving credence to the other.

Some will just call me a Tan apologist. I'd just rather wait until the full story has run its course before making a judgement based on half facts, gossip and rumor. My theory about the passing of events is based on my experience in management and hr.
