Its true Ian, All Directors/board Members have ben asked to attend

What's the point annis most of the board are behind Malky but their opinions or votes are worthless pretty much how Sam used to run his board meetings.
Perhaps this is the type of advice Sam has been giving tan.
Whatever the outcome tan is a busted flush at this club unless he boots lim out of the club and apologises for the way he has treated moody. But I will probably get dandruff before that happens

Steve, I agree with you, whats the point of the meeting.
I dont understand why your bringing Sam in to it? Like you say Tan listens to no one but himself, from the stripping of our identity to employing the painter are all down to one man and one man only and you know it, Dictator Vincent Tan.

I brought Sam up because he ran board meetings the same way as in people's opinions counted for nothing. It was his way or nothing tan is the same.
As much as I love the club annis I am at the point of no return . Sick to death of us continually shooting ourselves in the foot

Steve, If Tan dare changes our name, I will never set foot in that stadium again till he has gone and our rightful full identity is returned. I still cant understand how some fans still belittle and have ago at the ones who stayed strong about our identity and the Blue, We should all now get together and be one and take no more shit, Premier football is not the be all and end all. Pride and Respect means more in my opinion, which our Club has lost  :ayatollah:

Only been a season ticket holder since 2005 so dont share the full passion of the likes of yourselves that have been through thick and thin with the club. Through thick and thin they've always been once thing and thats Cardiff City Fc, the bluebirds. For me, with only 8 years full time service, if the name changes, i will probably find something else to do on a saturday afternoon. The reality is though guys, for every 100 fans that walk out, there will be another 100 to fill their places :(

quite common in international business to hold Board meetings with various people located in other parts of the world - conference calls, Skype, GoToMeeting, video conferencing etc are all used.

just read this on BBC Sport - Pat Murphy is the Midlands footie fells who also does cricket in the summer - I know he isn't a specialist down here but he is knowledgeable about his own football clubs and is usually sensible.

Board meeting Monday http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24465391

Always more to things than first appears - I just hope it gets sorted, and next time BEHIND CLOSED DOORS as this is embarrassing us all the longer it goes on.

Pat Murphy BBC Radio 5 live

"Simon Lim [Cardiff chief executive] left for a 10-day holiday in Malaysia at the height of the crisis that led to Moody, Mackay's head of recruitment being placed on gardening leave with the angry manager's future left in the balance.

"But Lim has been ordered back by the chairman Mehmet Dalman and he'll have to justify himself at Monday's board meeting, which is not expected to be attended by the owner Vincent Tan.

"Mr Dalman, a highly respected investment banker with a working knowledge of football, is based in London. He has a good relationship with the manager and he's now trying to establish what's going on at the club.

"I understand Mackay accepts Moody won't get his job back but he won't resign. He's determined to focus on his players, not the politics, but we will be at that crucial board meeting.

Dalman is giving me a slight glimmer of hope here, lets hope he has a bit more sense since he has been involved a lot more in football situations

Annis, for me it's not so simple as 'fans abusing those who want blue back'.

This whole sorry affair has been played on the public domain from the night we lost to West Ham in the play offs.

Perhaps we are a more passionate fan base than most clubs but some of those passions spilled over and there were threats and accusations from both sides.

I don't think hardly anyone was willing to accept red for a chance to see Wayne Rooney play (an accusation that has continually been thrown around by those who are passionate about returning to blue.

I think the truth is that many are worn out by the constant shite that has happened at boardroom level for the last 25 years.

I know that I for one wanted to give Tan a chance to show me that he could help us escape from the bad news out the blue that we have become accustomed to over the years.

I remember the days when the echo had a picture of the team photo with 'for sale' written over the front of it. I remember black friday, I remember the Kumars and I remember the tax man coming like the grim reaper every now and then!

I think what I and many others were hoping for was a club that could be a club that could just talk about football, signings, tactics etc.

Many of us are fed up to the back teeth with all the boardroom bollox!

Even today there are people like Adam Brown and Bluebird37 desperate for bites as they churn out the same old shit, not really giving a flying f**k for cardiff city.

I honestly don't know what the answer is, our fanbase is deeply divided, people have crossed the line on countless occasions in the past year and a half and brought debates down to a personal level.
I do feel that Tan is responsible for this in a large measure. He either has got absolutely no grasp of British football culture or he has deliberately engineered this.

Like I said though, I honestly don't know what the answer is, some will find every opportunity to be negative while others will be blindly positive to everything.

The truth is, Tan holds all the cards as he is the billionaire in this situation! I honestly think he's to unpredictable to just say 'he's in too deep to just walk away'

I think he is more than capable of just saying 'f**k it I'll turn the stadium into a supermarket!'

So I guess Mr Dalman will be a very important man in this fiasco!

Anyone know what the organizational hierarchy is like ? Who has the most power after Tan? Mr Dalman, then Lim?
