and of course Anfield has no prawn sandwich fans!
I've been to Liverpool and its shit mate. Obviously you're gonna get one off games but that is the exception rather than the rule.
Didnt you go to anfield when we played them in the cup a few years back? The place was like a morgue!

In fairness, we were that loud in the Canton, that we could very rarely even here the Ninian stand singing, so we have to take the word of the grange end or the grandstand. In fact, when we were singing "Shall we sing a song for you", we were pointing to the ninian stand! nah, seriously, it has been top in the Canton so far this season, Think we will keep it going regardless of position, fans expectation is NOT as high as you would normally expect, so the atmosphere, is more of a relaxed buzz of being where we are, and watching a COMPETITIVE team perform with effort and spirit, Exactly what us Cardiff fans encourage and endorse! :ayatollah:

I agree merlin. I also think we have been fortunate to start with tough home fixtures. This has raised the bar and now we will feed off the positive press we're having and the place will become more and more of a cauldron.

I also wonder whether those visit wales banners across the back of the canton have helped the acoustics in the ground. It's like the noise is trapped in instead of disappearing into the concourse behind

Admittedly the Canton has played its part in raising the noise levels but to claim other parts of the ground haven't contributed is total bollox.

I sat in the Ninian for both opening games and the noise was awesome. A quick glance around the stadium and all parts were participating not just the Canton.
