Had a week off work and starting back tomorrow in what is our busiest month so need to keep a clear head.

Will be giving up all my vices for 1 month and maybe beyond. Who knows.

Booze, Junk Food, AAMB and gambling are out of the window.

Perhaps someonelse can keep it realistic whilst im away but some of the crap ive read today I doubt it.
