Now I could be making nothing out of it now and be completely off the mark. I'm not sure if there was any flights from Mallorca to Cardiff? So maybe the advisors/agent of Michael Pereira travelled to Barcelona from Mallorca(or were already based there) and then travelled to Cardiff?

Who's the city staff member. The initials on his shorts are CD but looking at Cardiff's backroom staff, I can't see anyone with those initials.
