working 13years within the recruitment industry is really down to lackof educationand training hey. Started my way up fromtea boy at agency in London and then coming back to Cardiff and pushing my way way to Branch manager within a local firm. Then looking at my wage packet compared to what I was earning the company I decided to go it alone!!! No education or training involved there then was it!!!! Remind me again, how much are you making these days..? Opps sorry you don't even have a career!!!!

Banning him doesnt work, so surely theres got to be a better way the Mods can limit the amount of decent threads this guy is ruining.

We try to be fair on here and please everyone, honestly you should put him on ignore if he annoys you. He never calls names or abuses people. Banning him, we have but he comes back every time.

Yes he does swear and name call.... I have pm''s to prove it,but I give it back to him on the main board and you end up
giving me a board warning. The jacks are taking over this board and nothing gets done about it.
