What i witnessed last season before the BHA game when they were giving out the red scarves was unbelievable.
I got to the ground late that night, most of the scarves were gone, but there was a frenzy, like starving people after the last loaf of bread, for any that were left, & i mean anyone, young & old.
Human nature. I also arrived late and there were only a few left and I scrabbled to get one of the few that were left. They were free and whatever you think of the rebrand they are now part of our history, if NOT tradition (my opinion only)
I have never worn it since but it is filed away with all sorts of other Cardiff City related souvenir's
Part of our history and tradition my arse. Tony you might have earned our repect if you had just not taken the scarf but I suppose for you its like having that cream cake when you know you should be on that diet.

Thats the relevant point i was making Tony. I also got one that night, for one reason & one reason only, that my son wanted one, who lives four hundred miles away.
The things we do for our kids, eh!

Yes the things we do for our kids eh, like showing them that morals, traditions and pride count for nothing so what a great lesson to instill in your children.

No, not true. I'm also not a bully or a thug. Traditions one thing,,,& morals another. don't confuse the two!

Showing your kids morals is quite an important lesson to teach. Teaching them morally right from wrong will set their moral compass but failure to do so will result in a more chavy attitude and most probably a slot on the Jeremy Kyle show.
I take your point about morals and traditions not being the same thing but in your case you have managed to ignore both.

Maybe they're having sky blue flags or banners while we have red ones?

Rick, all we have on this thread is rumour and no facts, its the usual suspects stirring things up for their own reasons. The last couple of weeks has seen the red goal nets rumour, the bluebird being red on the badge in front of the stadium rumour,I think we can see none of this actually happened, its easy for people to throw out these shit rumours and then they are forgotten about some time later.
