Gwyn sounded like a lovely delicate little valleys boy. At one point i thought he might veer off into reciting a short prayer. He should audition for a speaking part on songs of prayers now Harry Seekum is departed.

Does anyone know if Jason rang Sian up beforehand and spoke about the show like he did to Gwyn on the way back from West Ham or did Sian have half an hour notice like they normally give.

Good question. I can feel a Jason OUT campaign brewing here

Just wondering about a question of fairness because unfortunately I know how they work with their interviews and in my opinion that had 'set up' written all over it as he called BU memberships 'childish' before even introducing both Sian and Gwyn!!!

Mohammad sounded a rite one slagging her off with the "Let it go its childish" talk before he even spoke to sian but like he said we are in them prem it dont matter, what a piss poor interview he kept interrupting her when she spoke with digs yet gwyn got his say in but they both spoke well tbh from both both sides of the fence :ayatollah:

His voice sounded very soft. Like a valleys Barry White, but nowhere near as deep.

Haven't listened to the show but judging by the feedback on here am I right to assume it was a bit of a fcuk up on behalf of the BU?

I thought Sian spoke great, she articulated a lot of what I feel about Tan's rebranding efforts. Jason Mohammad was a bit of a tool but it's probably in his job description to stir things up. His attitude is typical though of someone who doesn't "get it".

No wonder you mess so much up, Jason was reffering to the time the initial story broke just after our play off game some fifteen months ago, that was made pretty clear, but obviously went over your head, :sleepy2:

I don,t know if anyone else can make sense of what you are on about, i was there and you,ve lost me.

The news of the rebrand broke on the bus home from West Ham after they beat us in the play off, i was on Carls bus homeward bound when ihad a phone call of Jason M and Nathan Blake asking me what was going on, and to be honest i thought it was a Dayo prank, you know the type of one you always fall hook line and sinker for, totally gullible, that,s why people feed you so much crap coz they know you,ll make a fool of yourself, such as Malaysian only section and four hundred thousand pound house of Sam.

Gwyn I have said many a wrong thing in my time however the fact that you were never seen watching the City before SHs time wasn't from me through was it..? It was from tens of others and in fact my phone has actually been red hot today with people actually grateful that the truth about your so-called past of following City is finally coming out!!! Remember my dad actually played rugby with you when the kick offs where 2.30 yet you wereon the terraces watching the football at 3.00!!!!

Anyway back to your point. Firstly The four hundred pound house didn't even have your name mentioned in the same conversation and also when I mentioned it on here my complete sentence was 'I heard a crazy rumour yesterday!!!' That doesn't mention that I actually believed it at all but if you want to believe that in thats up to you.

Also if you see my comment I said 'the club confirmed' not when the news broke so once again your twisting of my words is nothing new I guess.

Re: Sian Branson v Gwyn Davies

To be honest MJ I think its pretty obvious that Gwyn was going to watch Cardiff way before the Sam days
even if it wasn't every week.

So what if he played Rugby aswell, whats wrong with that? I know loads of lads who played/still play Football/Rugby on Saturdays and therefore don't go to watch Cardiff every week and good for them I say, doesn't make them any less of a fan than me to be honest just means that they are/were having a game themselves whilst their young and got a chance to as when they are older and no longer able to be running around for 90 or 80 minutes they will have plenty of time to sit on their arse in the pub/on coaches/in the ground.

My best mate got a season ticket for the last 2 years now as he's now in his early 30's and given up playing, before this he went when he could whereas me personally I stopped playing Rugby to go to watch Cardiff every week and to be honest I regret it now as Ill never get the opportunity to play competitive sport again as that ship has sailed not to mention the shot I stopped playing to watch lol.

I hate the constant bitching to fair mate and to be honest the pot shots at people on here mainly towards Gwyn and Carl regarding time spent supporting the club are a bit cringe-worthy at best

Just listened to the show and I must say that I'm surprised Sian didn't prepare herself better than she did.

When asked a straight question she didn't seem to have a straight answer but tried to resort to previous rhetoric.

She may get away with it in a paper article but as soon as she is in a one to one debate I'm afraid she will struggle, as was proved.

I'd be very surprised if this movement has not died out by Christmas, not fans who want to play in blue, but this raggle taggle group of eclectic individuals calling themselves Bluebirds Unite.

What a load of rubbish.

Considering the agenda that Mohammad guy had against BU she turned that around very nicely.

You obviously don't know what goes on behind the scenes with phone ins then. If you are a guest you are given very little notice and you could be in the middle of nowhere when you have that call. I was given an hour max whenever I was a guest on there so preparing yourself just cannot happen!!! Then if you turn them down it wouldsound worse if they said live on air 'we asked sian to join us for the debate but she turned us down'!!!!. Given my personal experience of Radio Wales as a whole I would say the whole thing was a set-up from start to finish.

From what I could hear it wasn't Mohammad's "agenda", it was what the vast majority of City fans believe (not just this message board but all the fans). If Sian can't answer straight questions you have to ask why?

In my opinion she know's she is on rocky ground.

Why is this march held on the day all City fans should be celebrating our return to the top flight? We all know it's for maximum publicity but when Sian was given the chance to publicly state her case on national radio she failed.

Ian, you can't have it both ways.

She sounded muddled in my opinion because her stated beliefs and her real feelings were not in synchronicity.

Like anyone else you are entitled to your opinion however surely the way the presenter was it was completely onesided and to call BU 'childish' before the debate even took place was a disgrace. In my opinion it was a set-up in an attempt to poke holes in the BU campaign.

Once he said to Sian something along the lines of 'if they didn't take the money then the club would have went bust' and I wish Sian turned round and said something along the lines of 'prove it' because once again he was assuming live on radio without any backround knowledge whatsoever!!!

Sian was only concerned about Cardiff City fans with her views.

Opinions are opinions and I respect yours as I do the next man's.

Unfortunately for BU, many fans, and I would suggest the vast majority, see a miriad of holes in their campaign.

You're an ex politician and you must be able to see their position is untennable.

On the one hand it's a "celebration march" and they want to thank Tan for his investment. On the other they choose the day that ALL City fans should come together to unite in our success and try and drive a wedge between us, knowing that Tan will not see it as a "celebration", but as a protest march.

Don't complain about publicity just because it doesn't get spun the way you wish.
