Agree, I will always wear blue but distance myself from BU.
I just hope they don't try and claim victory for all the blue in the ground.

Now you have planted the idea that is bound to happen. If for instance they only get a few hundred on their 'celebration' march they will claim that it was a success because at least 50% of the crowd were wearing blue :?

It is the same thing as with the petition they conned people into signing. I signed it in good faith but then found myself included in the estimated number of people who supported their 'fight' against VT. Nothing could be further from the truth, I signed the petition because I one day wanted to see a return to blue, not because I want VT out or support any kind of direct action against him. If that was the intention of the petition it should have been explained before anyone was encouraged to sign. As a result I would never trust BU again and I know I'm not alone.

Correct even if you are not a fan or don't like BU at least show your support for the BLUE and our identity

Not having ago at the OP in particular but this sentence also shows a contradiction in what BU stand for. They claim their march is a 'celebration' and they are 'grateful' to VT for his investment but don't want him out and they are not a confrontational fans group.

If that's true why do they always refer to 'fighting' for blue? Using the word 'fighting' gives the perception of a confrontational group who by definition are looking for a 'fight'. If they are truly a peaceful fans group then they would refer to 'lobbying' for a reverse of the rebrand and not hold protest marches in the guise of a 'celebration'. May be that is one of the reasons why VT won't sit down and talk with them.

That goes the heart of what is wrong with BU and why should VT sit down with a group which is looking for a 'fight' because I know if I was in his position I would ignore them completely until they came back with a better attitude.

I imagine they are marching in acknowledgement of our true identity, it's a celebration of who 'we' are, and not who someone else says we are.

'Fight' doesn't have to be confrontational  , you can fight for the football as a player, engage in a 'fightback' if 3 nil down in a football match, all examples are perfectly peaceful ya loon :laughing5:
VT isn't talking to anyone, stop making excuses, he won't ebven talk with the trust because he's from a country where the small people do as they are told.

You have taken my use of the word fight in completely the wrong context. BU is not fighting as in at war with VT. They are not fighting to drive VT out. All the group are putting effort into are trying and make sure our tradition isn't gone and forgotton. It isn't a Tan out march Sunday, it's a march to celebrate our tradition peacefully.
