In Germany all Ultras are against Modern Football, to me Ultras ARE a part of Modern Football. Almost every club has Ultras now, who claim to be the only ones who create an atmosphere. I loved the atmosphere before the Ultras, spontanious not this monotone "Lalalala..." etc
I am against those business-owners of clubs, like VT, Glazers, Hammam, Riddler, Abramovich etc
They ARE a vital part of Modern Football...I don't want them in charge, they dont care for the clubs, the fans...
I am against high ticket prices and the ridiculous wages some "superstars" get...
Again, part of Modern Football...
I like watching football at a high level but the clubs ARE a part of Modern Football...
I am not against Modern Football entirely, but I would want a reform, a change. Football isnt like its supposed to be, a family sport, affordable, so the working man can go with his kids and enjoy the beautiful game.

If you're against Football you don't go to ANY matches. If you are against MODERN Football you don't go to Premier League matches, they epitomise the modern game.
There are plenty of local Cardiff teams that do not represent the modern game. You could even go to Newport County if you wanted League football.
The banner looks idiotic at a Premier League Game. By all means show it at a lower league game or even outside a Premier League game, but inside it shows a lack of knowledge as to what they are against.
We all know the banner was created for the Keep Cardiff Blue campaign and ever since it has been seen it has been nearly unanimously debunked yet STILL they show it.
Get a part of it cut off and it becomes a relevant banner again.
You can't have it all ways guys. Many of our fans seem to think they deserve all the cash, all the success, all the best players, all the ground improvements and all the debt to equity but STILL think they have the right to get it all on their terms.

I could have read a recent article wrongly, but i believe the Against Modern Football is a european-wide grass roots football movement. Not unique to us or started by the rebrand. Might help to look into things a bit before branishing something 'indefnsible'.

I don't know if you read a recent article wrongly but you are definitely reading my post incorrectly. I said the banner was created for the 'Keep Cardiff Blue' campaign and not the 'Against Modern Football' campaign.
The banner was obviously created in response to the rebrand why else would it say 'Keep Cardiff Blue'? No one said the 'Against Modern Football' campaign was started by us or started by the rebrand'.

21 years ago, some would say, when Sky Tv got involved.
