I think smith had a great season last season. I dont know what team you were watching. He showed that he can still beat a man and work for the team. He may not be premier league quality but he'll certainly do his part and put a shift in. You have no idea you deluded idiot.

You say "he may not be premier league quality" but we ARE Premier league now.
Personally I think he'll do a job for us when needed.

Tommy Smith is a very experienced and intelligent footballer, if the management think he is good enough, who am I or anyone else to argue against that.
