When the debt to shares happens will this reduce the value of the shares?
Do you mean the 10% of shares that he won't have if he ends up with 90% of the club?
No I mean all of them.
I mean how £100 millon be converted into shares when the assets don't come even close to that. The only way I see is devaluing the share.

Why should people shut up?
If it was announced that it would be done in a certain time then when that time comes and nothing well people have the right to question why not.
Answer me this, when will you decide to be the first in line, another years time when we are no further down the line or when Tan has puled the plug on us without the debt to equity happening?

He said in around 2 months, the article was from mid-August and now it's just over 2 months. Not 4 as '77 says .
He also said he needs to sort the other shareholders first which we KNOW has been happening as that has been widely reported from the people involved.
Surely it's fair to expect that this might take a little longer than originally expected, it involves legal processes which we all know don't always run smoothly. If nothing has happened by Christmas then I'd say we have something to worry about, because no doubt about it - THIS is a really important issue for the club.

The process is happening as existing shareholders have had initial deposits paid on their shares with the rest being paid in November

Does this process include converting the debt to equity or is it a case of buy the rest out and sell on at a profit to other business people?
