Our ticket office is a Joke

Can only think of two occassions when I have had problems with the ticket office since 1980, and even when I had a problem with fa cup final tickets, Peter Ridsdale was helping them out that day and sorted it for me, they are much better than most clubs, much much better.

Got my season ticket 2 weeks ago, and can not wait for sunday, come on you blues

People Need to realise the work that actually goes into organising these things . It's not just a case of picking a card out of a box and posting it when somebody buys one .

A few years ago we did used to have them middle of July BUT a few years ago they didnt have 20k plus season ticket holders and a membership scheme to deal with . Add to that the demand for away games this year and you can see why it takes longer , to be fair the ticket office wasnt big enough when they built it and they are understaffed especially in the off season .
The card timing is nothing to do with the ticket office either that's down to the manufacturers
Personally I think they are doing a great job , if anybody's to blame its the management of the club for understaffing the ticket office

Went into the Ticket Office for nour tickets for lastnight's game and we asked about fulham and accrington games. the girl said: "no more fulham tickets, but we could try the neutral end in putney. we have to go through fulham to get the ticket for this match" as far as accrington game, she said: "is the game home or away? we dont know what date the game is being played". enuff said!!

there are 8 of us in the disable end block 102 seats no long there all paid for the season tickets and after wait for them to tell us were we a going to sit they are having a meeting tomorrow to see were we are going to sit and the first game is a sell out could have told us the seats was not there anymore when we all payed for the season tickets ticket office are trying to sort it out all we want are the seats we payed for

Think they have done well,my sons turned up with just the beer mat logo instead of his pic went there today with his pic 10 mins later hey presto new card with his pic on.stop moaning

Found out today that my season ticket was sent to a house I have NEVER lived in.

Luckily it went to my parents new home, but we are still confused as to how it went there. I moved out of my parents home 25 years ago and in those years Cardiff City have always sent my ST to my house.

My parents have moved twice since I left but for some reason this year my ST turned up on their doorstep. How, why?
