Yeah right, by mocking supporters who don't agree with changing colours & crest, destroying the identity of our football club?
By supporting a man, whose actions cause a huge divide amongst our supporters?
By supporting an unnecessary rebrand that drove people out? People who're Cardiff City to the core, people who would give almost all for their beloved club?!?!

I once had a lot of respect for you, Mr. Borley...

give it a rest.

not until our club has its rightful colours and crest back

And which of the last six we have had in recent years is the rightful one?
And while we are at it, why not push for a move back to Ninian Park.

Off the top of my head, Dave Sugarman is 10x more CCFC than Steve.

Why do you use this account, is it to troll. why not post this under your real account.

This is my real account, you're derailing the thread with standard MB fayre now.

How is it ruined? Are City fans still allowed an opinion on the club hierachy corky?

I will tell you why its ruined...it is because this topic was not about the rebrand.

Gavin, don't delete the opinion, simply move it to another thread that is about the re brand.

Better to l;eave it on here, because posts like this rather than help the anti rebrand cause in my opinion only helps to drive those sitting on the fence firmly into the "for f**k sake move on category, because you are like a broken record"
A dagger thru my heart, the club has been raped, lost our history, what about tradition, I have no feeling for the club now they have a different colour.

We are in the best position we have been in ever!!!! we are still Cardiff City, we still play in Cardiff, we are still nicknamed the Bluebirds, we still have a Bluebird on our badge.
What we have done is changed the colour of our shirt, and not for the first time.

True fans will be proud they made a sacrifice to save the club, others will feel disappointed the club still exists and would rather have seen it closed but closed in blue. :old:
Kept the history, kept the tradition, but ended the club, for f**k sake.

changing colours and crest was unnecessary, and had nothing to do with survival or not... we have discussed this more than often. If you still believe it was red or dead, your opinion, not mine.

You must have a select bunch of friends then, because you go to a home game and you would not know anything was wrong. For all its faults scarf gate showed how many people really weren't that bothered by the rebrand, the internet is nowhere near a true reflection of how things are in real world.

Most of us would prefer blue no doubt, but have accepted change and stability at the price we had to pay, those who would have risked the club's existence for the sake of a colour are in the small minority and that is the truth.

I do boycott, you're right there. But that's my personal decision, that doesnt mean I am not a Cardiff fan anymore. I still love the City... that's why I cant let it go and I cant move on.

But that's not the point here... my post was that Borley made a stupid remark, imo.

That's not clever Corky accusing the likes of Hofmestier being a troll. He has been consistent with his feelings over this.

Lets be honest now what did you expect from this thread, everyone to glorify Borley? Like it or not Steve has not done himself any favours over the rebrand with his comments decrementing the blue stand. If the article was on Bellamy then there would have not been such a divertion. Borley has put himself in the firing line so expect such a reaction.

How was it hijacked? :? Because you disagree with someone doesn't make them a troll. If it was meant as a shrine to Borley ban all contributors, but then what's the point of having a forum like that.

Ian, a troll in my opinion is someone who changes the original thread or topic into something else...Steve has done huge work keeping this club alive and it would not have hurt to have a nice thread about that, even if you wan to drag his name through the mud in another thread because he does not support your opinion and he also knows how close this club was to folding.
Simply start your own threads if you want to attack Steve or talk about the re brand, that is all I am saying.
