How do you start off?? Is there a template you need and what dimensions?

There are templates online mate.

DeviantArt is where you want to be for your .psd files.

You'll need Photoshop too.

Going to start doing Photoshop work again - FIFA Covers - iPhone and iPad Wallpapers - Posters and so forth that are Cardiff City related. Will try to do what I can on request and fit it in around university work. A cover I did for FIFA last year is shown below so hope to get more stuff like that done.

was mainly talking about the badge and kit mate, your skills are pretty decent i imagine

You'll need the PS3 or Xbox 360 cover mate then you find the images and you cut out the .png files for the logos of EA etc. Its all done in layers.

Just thought there would be a plain cover so i didn't have to cut the previous background out
