Anyone not got their ST yet?

Mine hasn't arrived yet. Pathetic. About 3 months to do this and the season kicks off in 4 days time. The admin and club website is very poor for a club now of our status.

How quickly can you put 20k season tickets and vouchers into envelopes and post them ?
They only arrived off the card makers 5 days ago and had to be organised and sorted first .
People think the ticket office staff are pathetic when really they have not got a clue how much work goes into organising these things . They do a good job and everybody will have there tickets before the season starts , what difference does it make whether we get them today or Friday you can't use them until a week Saturday anyway .

I'm pretty sure the orders go through as you purchase not all At once . The ticket office have no control over the timing tickets take to make . They then work to a deadline with the company who makes them and hope it is achieved like any other buisness.
They then need time to sort all of this out , like I said how long would it take to send a card , address envelope , add p.o.s , and frank over 20 thousand letters making sure they all go to the correct place ? It's not as simple as people think . In between they are having to sell tickets to away games , friendlys and answering phones to customers asking where there season tickets are nearly two weeks before they are needed

Haven't had mine yet, but agree with all you say - ticket office staff are much maligned but they have always been brilliant with me.

I always ordered online in terms of tickets and if I ever had a problem they have sorted it out.

The only thing they could work on is advertising for Cardiff City and matches.

Got mine this morning

I had mine this morning but don't worry yet I phoned the ticket office yesterday & they said that they are being sent out by block number & that 8,000 were sent out yesterday & some more were going out today phone if you haven't had them by Thursday.

A family member so I get to see how busy and stressed they are ,the amount of abuse they get off some fans is unreal if I worked there I'd be sacked first day if people spoke to me like they get spoken to

Especially blaming them for cards they have no control over whatsoever . All they can do is try and sort then send out to everybody as quickly as possible , most in there are youngsters , many in there first jobs I just feel they get treated unfairly sometimes and deserve some credit at times

If its a ticket office fault it's the management who should be blamed not the day to day staff I know for a fact some are working overtime to get these cards out giving time up with there children , then they are getting abuse and being called pathetic

On a semi serious note my ST came with "Ambassador Card" on it. I used to be an ambassador but relinquished my ST 4 years ago when I went into exile.

Are all ST holders now known as ambassador's or have the City forgot to remove the flag on my membership?

P.S. I sent them a new photo, the same as my avatar, but for some reason they used my original photo when I had hair and looked like a convict! Obviously the new one doesn't sit well in certain corners but if I get stopped at the gate I'm fucked!

Mine came today, three all in one envelope, clubs learning to save money at last.
Only two lots of vouchers tho and one car sticker, not that they will get used anyway.
