Alston had only one season with us, Robin Friday even less I think, but were absolutely fantastic footballers of a type you just don't see in the modern game. Other examples were George Best, Rodney Marsh, Tony Currie, Duncan McKenzie, Stan Bowles to name just a few and the best ever footballer for me - - Johann Cruyff.
