Deano, when my boys were younger and I'd take to many games as we all had season tickets there was one golden rule.

If they wanted to join in with the singing, which they loved, they could swear in line with the words. But that was the only time they could use bad language. As soon as they left the ground they knew in no uncertain terms that it would be tolerated.

It worked well for me.
