that's exactly the same they told a young African once:
"When the master gives you something, you take it and the master has given you the name "Toby'...it's a nice name, be grateful!"

Wait, I've probably misread this but are you actually comparing the chaning of the clubs colours to slavery?

It's not the end of Cov City and no matter how many times you repeat that lie, it won't ring with any more truth

You don't know what's going to happen.![]()
So hypothetically an Extra letter on the name is a big taboo for you, but rebranding the shiqrt and badge is just fine![]()
That makes no sense, just admit it you sold out for a shot in the sky sports fairy tale.

You should be careful what you write? Tell me I don't know what will happen yet you tell me it won't be end of club? Fortune teller are you? i don't give a fck about re brand (been well documented) same for Coventry! Only concern is us.

highly doubt that...
my local side Offenbach went into administration a few months back and got therefore relegated, license withdrawn etc from the 3rd German league. First it looked like the club is going down to the 8th league or to be liquidated, but only the company running the club folded.
At that point (when it was unclear if the club will continue to exist) I asked that question on their internet forum:
1) rather stay up, get investment in, possible promotion to the Bundesliga for the price of a new crest and change their red/white colours to blue/white
OR
2) go ahead, go down the leagues but with your identity intact?
100% of fans voting, went for the 2nd option...

Our identity is still intact, we're still Cardiff City FC.
The only people who can truly make the claim that it isn't is those who have stopped supporting the club. If you really think it's gone then why keep on supporting something which isn't the club you 'used' to support?
