We should have too much for Malmo but they're a seasoned European side and 17 games into their season in Sweden.

Tune in even if it's to throw insults and beer at the tv :D

Very lucky goal.

Malmo will win 2-0 at home so as long as they don't concede anymore they will win quite comfortably.

Credit where its due Jacks played very well, all their new signings looked good, Shelvey especially although that Amat I can see being sent off a few times this season, a right dirty c8nt.

That said, the opposition were not up to much, and Clarke Carlisle was getting a little carried away saying that Moyes looked worried

ta pal  i will be hoping you lot beat west ham or a least put a show on.im not against either team being in the epl.you both been in the system for years.you both got into the top flight fairly.crack on.good for the league imo .im going to stick my neck out and say you will stay up.when i watch europeon football i always want the english british team to win.struggle with celtic though and of course the villa :laughing6: .if they win i give em praise if they deserve it though tbh villa played some great stuff last year towards the end of the season.

A nice reply that Jeff as can be expected from your good self.

I don't think anyone can claim Swansea is a badly run club. Without doubt they have gone against the grain and made a mockery of the system. If it was any other club all us Cardiff would be praising how a club that pays little are competing and beating the prima donnas of the premier, the overpaid footballers of Man City and Chelsea. Over the last 2 decades footballers have got cocky and have lost that respect. The likes of Swansea and WBA are becoming a bit of an embarrassment for these overly eagertistic individuals like Rooney and gang.

Re: Hope you'll all be watching tonight

have to say i think the jacks looked good last night.

I can see Cardiff staying up fairly comfortably if we get some of the players we are being linked with, but swansea are 2/5 to finish above us this season, and im sorry, but thats just a license to print money.

amat did do stuff that he didnt beed to do.i think chico will have that shirt back no prob.i know malmo were finished but what i liked was the way the subs dropped in and it all flowed as normal.top 10 again i think unless a euro run makes them take their eye of the prem a bit but i see em safe by feb anyway.

My thoughts exactly regarding Amat - can see him doing the walk of shame quite a bit.

On reflection jacks played well against a very average team, hope they continue in the competion, get tired and then don't win the cup :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :old:

thanks ian.you summed it all up for me mate.the little guy is bloodying the nose of the big guy.rooney gets away wih murder.most of his game is graft.the lad is no messi .yet the money he is on and how he uses a transfer request to up his wages is sickening.what i like about scfc and wba is if a player progresses and attracts a bigger club to want him they will hang the big club out to dry over the fee rather than pay stupid wages to keep him.joe allen is a good example.they are sustainable clubs.i just hope they keep the same format.i know if you are a rival of a team that gets praise it sticks in the throat but thats how it is .i except villa have some good young players and are a bigger club than blues.

I do believe there is a line where you need to invest in certain quality to survive. In the premier that line has been quite low over the last couple of seasons and this is why the Jacks have survived quite comfortable. They have just been very clever in what they have invested in just like WBA.

This season it looks like they have broken their policy of investment and gone for the higher quality player like Bony M. This is mainly through the pressure from Laudrup. Will this bit of extra pay dividends? Only time will tell for them.

Re: Hope you'll all be watching tonight

Agree on Amat.Defo pen too.Chico was the same when he first came in.Got himself sent off and was flying into tackles over zealously.Once Ash put his arm around him though he fell back into line and I think it'll be the same with Jordi Amat.
