Very happy to see us over achieving shows how well we are run and if you want to look at tables have a look at last seasons premier league if I was you I would be more worried about that one , shipping 7 goals against Cheltenham , forest green and Brentford and still chasing players who don't want to play for you

Brilliant. :ayatollah:

They'd best enjoy it whilst they can, then

Just like Wimbledon some years ago, they've just won a cup (albeit a minor one) so now begins the gradual slide; starting with their end of season form last year

Yeah and we strolled past Reading saturday without getting out of 3rd gear. So easy. How did you lot get on against the mighty Brentford tonight?

All building up nicely for us. By the time the season kicks off we would have played 9 games - 2 of them competitive and our match fitness will be a shade above everyone else.

Played 7 - won 7 and only 2 goal conceded with 28 scored. How is your pre-season going with your lower league superstars? :laughing6:

1 goal conceded :thumbright:

And you're smaller than Burnley and Huddersfield. Bet you would rather swap with them. 51 years without a topflight game and you give it the big I am. Jokers.

You are SERIOUSLY deluded if you genuinely think so-caled 'friendlies' are of any indication of a team's prospects, you insanely demented fool

I couldn't give a flyin' feck for pre-season games as either a spectacle or an indicator of 'form' and haven't watched one for many years (not since Spurs turned up with the promise of an 'allstar' team to include Gazza, Lineker et al and the only 'name' in their team was Paul Stewart)

You don't win points or titles (the latter metaphorically speaking in your case, of course) at this stage, fella ;)

I'd rather have a team full of confidence going into the new season than having a bad pre-season and going in a bit jaded. Good results build confidence and it's a sign certain combinations and tactics are working.

Yes it is about fitness etc... but surely you should be coasting past the likes of Brentford in 3rd gear, after all you are the league champions and all that.

Well, looking at the number of yours (particularly women) that come to Cardiff for a decent night out and a shag that lasts more than 20 seconds against a 'chippie' wall, I guess the majority of Swans don't even se their own town as 'big' fella ;)

As a Cardiff fan I naturally don't love Swansea but I know some good people who suport Swansea they know that I love Cardiff but there still good people but some of the jack bastards who waste their time on a Cardiff message board it's just ridiculous the jacks on here should go back to their f*cking forum if they are a big enough club to have one and stop backing up the stereotype that all jacks are caravan lovers who live in swamps because their destroying this forum with their constant bragging that they are the welsh barca but they are really the welsh wigan.

I don't know why your using Plymouth as a example historically they were always a well supported team, just fallen on hard time's.
Not that long ago they were getting attendances comparable to Cardiff's when they were both in the Championship, but all attendances are subjective to how well the team is doing.
