we have had a brand called thomas cook sport which has been selling premier league packages for years...

they are for home fans only and if deemed to be supporting the opposition you will be evicted..

we have different packages for the premier league teams and contract partnership for x number of tickets, same as the grand prixs, 6 nations, ryder cup etc..

for example, our man utd packages which start at £139 is for , ticket in the main stand, over night hotel b&b, stadium tour, match programme and a discount voucher for the club shop.

we do the same with Man city.. Liverpool packages sell really quickly, dont include the stadium tour however the have the option of adding the reds bar facility..

Why not?? I travel to a few cities in the country with my work. And the very subject of these "Thomas Cook" Packages have been asked by the supporter, why doesnt Cardiff offer these Packages? I know there are lots of people wanting to visit Cardiff for the Weekend with their families, and to watch a Match they would otherwise, be unable to get to see. Maybe in a couple of years we may very well be seeing such Deals being offered in the windows of their Shops across the country.

nothing to do with how the club are performing, we tried a year or 2 ago to get packages for cardiff city, but due to the number of unavaiible seats in the main stand it was not possible for us to get a contract....

im not well off but will be attending every game home and away this season, like i try to every year, went to 15 aways last season only reason couldnt do all is because of work, but kept every holiday i have for this season

I was shopping in Blackwood on Friday and I noticed these games in the travel agents window ,there were 3 games advertised, so they must have sold out of one of them.

Thomas Cook travel agents in Blackwood are selling package tickets for all Ciity Away games Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd etc from £149 per person

But I suppose if it gets some football fans tickets they will pay it, yet they wouldn't go to Burnley etc away last season for less than quarter of the price.

Honestly it was a silly thing to say and even if your books are about the City, you still did the work yourself and earned any money you did make from them and a lot of City fans benefited from having enjoyed good reads related to their club.

If we want fans to stop attacking each other we must make the first move and keep our own responses considered and patient (doesn't mean you can't defend yourself or call someone out on something out of order) then others may follow. If we keep on with emotional and counter attacking responses then the others will follow in the same vein. Most of the posters on here look up to you as a leading Cardiff City supporter and they will copy your style on here, like it or not.

If, as you say, you have nothing to hide then this should amuse you more than anything as there is peace in knowing you have done the right thing. Not saying that means there is anything, but let's take a step back and take a lot of the posts on this forum for the absolute tosh they are, knowing the truth

for the record on this subject, we dont book any breaks for cardiff city fans, its is for home supporters only...

using the 21 dec offer as an example, i can also tell you that every booking made so far has been for genuine liverpool fans and their families who have booked liverpool breaks with us for almost 10yrs..

all customers who book the breaks are told about the rules on the package and sign a booking form adhering to the booking conditions and we are also called by liverpool fc to verify the teams that the fans support..

also we have to follow strict window guidelines across the whole united kingdom and pre printed offers are forwarded to all branches for them to choose a number of offers to suit their market...

blackwood has a lot of football fans of all teams and we have genuine customers who continue to book these breaks with us and tend to make a weekend of it.. some cannot get tickets direct from liverpool or man utd etc... they also sell well as xmas gifts..

the mark up is very little , if you take the man city game for example.. £89 quid includes, ticket in the main stand in a good position with programme, stadium tour and over night hotel in manchester b&b..

Maybe you should wind your neck in, be less rude, and perhaps focus on the questions, that personally I don't give a shit about, but I'm sure there are quite a few (such as the boys in blue) who might be concerned about your travel plans and the safegards you've got in place. I mean the supporters clubs and the police have worked really hard over the last 10 years or so on away travel. Yet you seem to have had the answer all along.

So will your ticket allocation come out of the ones the supporters club get, obviously meaning they will get less than they first thought?
Will you be selling tickets for the home sections to Cardiff fans?

See if you can answer these without the rude replies please.

for the record on this subject, we dont book any breaks for cardiff city fans, its is for home supporters only...

using the 21 dec offer as an example, i can also tell you that every booking made so far has been for genuine liverpool fans and their families who have booked liverpool breaks with us for almost 10yrs..

all customers who book the breaks are told about the rules on the package and sign a booking form adhering to the booking conditions and we are also called by liverpool fc to verify the teams that the fans support..

also we have to follow strict window guidelines across the whole united kingdom and pre printed offers are forwarded to all branches for them to choose a number of offers to suit their market...

blackwood has a lot of football fans of all teams and we have genuine customers who continue to book these breaks with us and tend to make a weekend of it.. some cannot get tickets direct from liverpool or man utd etc... they also sell well as xmas gifts..

the mark up is very little , if you take the man city game for example.. £89 quid includes, ticket in the main stand in a good position with programme, stadium tour and over night hotel in manchester b&b..

"Blackwood", If you are 'Thomas Cook', could not you be doing more to get Cardiff on board and then involving all the others branches of Thomas Cook to give everyone who I am sure would love to visit Cardiff, as part of 'a match break'?? I am sure that the Commercial Dept would listen to anything that would involve part of Cardiff being commercially viable in all major cities in the country, whether they like it or not.

Maybe I'm a one off. I've been watching most home games since 1967 aged seven, but I've never had much money. I've struggled every year to pay for a season ticket but managed it. Here's the rub, I've never been to an away game, never bought a club shirt and only paid for a few programmes for important events. I've thought of myself as a true fan all these years whatever the colour of shirt but not many companies have made money out of me. Purely because money is tight and I have to prioritise.

We are a licensed sports tour operator selling sports packages to all sporting events, we would have certain criteria to meet prior to being granted a license.. We sell hospitality and communal tickets, hotels and stadium tours to fans of the home clubs only... We have done this way before cardiff city got to the prem league and all trouble free....
