ah yes the infamous face down on the floor in the middle of the spar trip. The worst i've seen martin was when he fell down a flight of steps at millwall - looked like he'd been shot in the head

i think what it is bri we need to think about pacing ourselves. we always go off like usain bolt when we should be more mo farrar. that'll never happen though obviously. we'll be pissed before we get to newport on the west ham trip.
