SAM HAMMAM - A GENTLEMAN & A CHARACTER...

I'm being honest because I was having a laugh. That's not lying or being dishonest.

I had the pleasure of sitting by Sam throughout the Forest Green game & I thought he was a really top bloke. He spent time with the fans and was happy to have photos and sign autographs the whole time he was there. Having said that, what impressed me most was the fact he didn't take his eyes off the pitch while the game was on. He watched every kick & was getting involved just like we do. It was great to see.
I know people have mixed views on Sam and I don't think that will ever change. Of course he made mistakes but you can tell from just meeting and talking to him, that he really loves the club & Tan recognises that.
I'm sure he will have a big influence on a lot of people going forward and I'm glad to see him back.
As for playing in red, I don't like it but it certainty doesn't bother me as much as it bothers others. What people need to remember is that if anyone can persuade Tan to change back to blue, I'm sure its Sam Hammam.

Admittedly I haven't posted much on here (recently registered) but I do like to focus on the key areas and topics that I feel strongly about. I can sing you boys an Olly Murs song anytime....
