I didn't notice anybody saying that we our staff were sitting with the player discussing the move but there we go.

I read it in the paper this morning. As much as you like to think of these as exclusives, they aren't. It's well known that we are chasing this player as it has been all over the press. There have been several press reports saying that we are in talks with them, so for you to make a similar comment to make it sound like you are still "ITK" is quite easy really.

Of course, we had a bid accepted for Wanyama too, didn't we...

Actually, I didn't derail it. I pointed out that this information is information that is freely available from elsewhere and is just being dressed up as "ITK" postings... It was actually the moderator concerned that derailed it.

I'll second this. Had a whole day out working so had a whole day away from the board. It's great as the news just builds up.

So what's happening here, the last I heard was that Capoue didn't want to even speak to us. Is it right that his reps have come and spoken now?
