Good player but not a lot better than what we have already. I guess the reality is as a new premiership club these are the type players we will have to sign. I think we will be well organised and competitive but we still lack top class especially at the back.

Talented player, young, ambitious and hungry.

Small transfer fee, will be worth double that the moment he puts a CCFC shirt on.

Great business.

Taylor connelly and Kev are good full backs but brayford was head and shoulders above anyone
else in the Championship last season, including our current three

Derby Fan here in peace.
You have got yourselves a great player in Brayford and a top character to boot.
We bought him from Crewe 3 years ago where he was Captain at 22, Clough had him before that at Burton.
His first season he was nothing short of sensational, won player of the year by a margin and we all realised we had gotten a very special RB at that level - he's got the lot really, good defender, decent in the air but he really excels when he is in a system that lets him bomb forward. Whoever your RM is will love him because he works hard, will give him great cover and a good outlet going forward.
His 2nd season was a let down but a lot was to do with injuries (which he played through a lot of the time) and the fact he was shifted around from RB to CB and even to LB to cover other players that were out.
Last season he was almost exclusively at RB and had the same guy in front of him every game (Coutts) and he came back into form, he did move into the middle for a bit and you really noticed it as he basically was our threat on the right and without him Coutts got a bit lost.

He is the one player Derby fans will always mention when asked who we have that could play in the Premier League and whilst I wish it was with us there are certainly no hard feelings - he is 25 going on 26 and cannot wait forever.

Useful Centre Back when required and will do a job week in week out with no fuss and at a high level of consistency, gutted to be losing him but genuinely wish him all the best - reports our side are 1.5m up front rising to 2m with appearances and if you stay up with a sell on as well - in all honesty we could not have gotten much more given he had a year to go but he will be very hard to replace

Cheers mate. We are looking to sign TOP players, We are of the opinion that our owner is not here
just to make up the numbers. He is about to turn our debt and existing loans into equity and things
are looking really good here. The only problem is in trying to convince the better players that we are
not going to be relegation candidates

Good luck for the season
