Fortunately it's not for people like you to decide, who has a place at the club.

Thankfully, it's not up to you either.

Oh Dear is that really your response.

As far as I'm concerned I want to see The City supported by as many people as possible, who have Cardiff City's success at heart.
That includes Hammam.
What fans like you don't understand is that he is a successful International businessman and you are not. Maybe you are jealous of the sums of money these types of people make.
Now that Tan and Hammam have reportedly come to an agreement, then that is the business done and dusted(I doubt you were consulted)
All you have to do is turn up and watch the football that you pay for. Anything else has nothing to do with you, as much as you wish otherwise.

Maybe he's bitter not jealous? Cos Hammam kidded everyone into thinking he was funding a personal
crusade because of his love affair with Cardiff City, then dropped the bombshell that it was all lies
and we were £30m in debt. Maybe he's bitter that Hammam screwed CARDIFF CITY FOOTBALL CLUB
for an extra £500k before he left, and even made them throw in £150k for his brother.

Oh the love he had for Cardiff City - until he could no longer cash cheques in the Clubs name

So does that affect your ability to watch Premier League Football? No!

You can now watch top flight football in a new stadium, in comfort instead of lower league football in a crumbling Ninian Park.
Hammam said that it would be a roller coaster ride that you could jump on or get off! His promise of Top Flight football has been delivered. Started by Sam and finished by others who recognise Sam's contribution.

The "dream" has now been realised. At no cost to you apart from the cost of your tickets, as you are a customer and a fan.

Of course if you dislike the Club as it now is you can choose something else to do on a Saturday.

FFS

"HIS" promise

Why do you not admit that it was Ricky Wright some 6 years earlier that lit the flame?

All Sam did was re-ignite it and fail to pay for the gas

Simple question for you.

If Vincent Tan had not come on board when he did, would Cardiff City have been better off, or worse
than when Hammam came on board.

Let me help you here.

When he arrived we already had a squad capable of challenging for promotion, but we were pretty skint.

When he left the squad we had was decimated and sold off, we were in debt for £26m**
AND with the HMRC threatening to close the club down

** - and guess who was ''representing'' (cough cough) the Company screaming
for their £26m

Suck his cock if you like feller, but the vast majority arent blinded by his ''celebrity status''

Re: Sam Hammam on brink of Cardiff return

Mon Jul 22, 2013 10:38 am

I'll tell you what will happen if this does happen.

It will cause an even bigger divide between the pro-reds and the bluebirds - possibly beyond repair. Hammam couldn't give a shit about the club, he is the one who has held on for more money and rejected our counter offers multiple times - THAT WAS AFTER he almost sent our club into the ground whilst he was here.

Tan came in and changed our identity and killed the atmosphere within the stadium with his antics and now he offers a job to probably the most hated man that has ever stepped foot into our club... Does this man enjoy the rift between the fans? Personally, I can't even see VT staying around for many years to come so now if he leaves then SH will probably pick up the whips & chains ready to slaughter our fans more.

Personally, I find it disgusting that VT has come in and kicked our traditions into touch purely to gain money from Asia. We are sponsored by Malaysia, we have 4 Malaysian flags within our ground, we have the Asian's "lucky red" kit and he slates every fan who doesn't like the rebrand. The man is a moron. He knows f**k all about football or that fans come first.

I try and I try just to be fake so it comes across as I appreciate VT but it is just impossible. What he has done and is doing to Cardiff is almost unforgivable. The ONLY way the divide will ever be sorted and for me to be delighted with our club is for VT to change our kit back to blue.

I wouldn't mind being sponsored by visit Malaysia, having the 4 Malaysian flags in the ground and Tan wanting huge backing from Asia. However, I just can't stand us playing in red at home. It frustrates me, it upsets me and it horrifies me. How people can wear the red shirt is beyond me. How do they not feel the same pain as I feel?

I'm not against Modern Football, I have dealt with the fact that Modern Football has altered the sport and the top clubs in the world are owned by the richest men in the world. Look at those clubs at the top. Man United, Man City, Chelsea, Barca, Real Madrid, Munich, Leverkusen, PSG, AC Milan, Inter Milan etc... They are all rich clubs with MASSIVE following all around the world and they are clubs that have huge following from Asia. They haven't had to change their identity for that. They play football and that is what attracts fan - Not the colour of the shirt.

Asians apparently see red as that of prosperity and joy - Look at what it has done to our fans... We don't share the same joy or happiness purely because of this rebrand. I hope to god that someday soon fans will open up their eyes and see that by joining Bluebird fans at Bluebirds Unite and by standing up to VT's rebrand we can all get our blue back. Why just sit there and take it?

What a load of rubbish, your post last night was embarrasing that we were heading towards non league football if Hamman had not stepped in even though we had just been relegated to div 3 along with Blackpool, Chesterfield who both managed to bounce back straight away without having to spend vast fortunes to do so along with Scunthorpe who lost in the play-offs.

Hammam did not deliver top flight football or the new stadium ....I am sure that the board that succeded him & Tan are grateful for Sams contibution in helping to create the historical debt that has crippled CCFC.

AND THAT REACTION RIGHT THERE is why there is a divide at the club.
People who just bend over and take it without a fight.

f**k the premiership, f**k the 35,000 seater next season, f**k everything else. We are Cardiff City and the real fans of the club will fight for the return of the blue kit and original crest.

Yes, we appreciate that Tan saved our club from going bust.
What we don't appreciate is he changed the identity of our club.

If you are seriously saying that you would play in red forever if it meant Premiership football forever then you my friend are a sell out and there is no other description for it.
I was happier as a fan playing in blue in League 1 and the Championship than what I am right now playing in red. I hate it but as I am a TRUE FAN, I will stick by my club and fight for our identity.

If you want to have the attitude of your reaction then I suggest you go and support Man Utd, Liverpool or Arsenal. Identity and Pride are very important to us fans if you hadn't noticed.

Totally agree with you there Gender. Sorry, my post wasn't aimed at you, I don't know what happened with the quote reply. My post was directed at BLUETWIN... his comment is right at the top of page 2 on this thread :x

Tan should view this forum, the posts on BU and views on fans in person. He would be able to see the pain for himself then. I hate Sam Hammam with a passion but if I give up my season ticket then it won't make any difference as there are around 5,000 people waiting on the reserve list ffs.
The way I see it is if a BLUEbird fan gives up his/her seat in anger or protest then they are doing it wrong. We need to do it together. Thousands of fans united as fans of Cardiff and supporters of the true identity.

People just can't or won't see that Cardiff could of been saved without the rebrand. VT could of just pumped money into the club just like any other boss at a football club. We appreciate he is trying to gain us a better following in Asia but fans come 1st and if the majority of fans want the blue kit to come back then that is what should happen. I have a great feeling that the passion of the fans who want the return to blue are going to overshadow and overpower all of the fans who accept the red. There will be blue everywhere thanks to BU!
Have you bought one of the blue tshirts/polo shirts on sale?

Dont panic mate. Apart from the inner-circle and a handful of kids and star-struck individuals
there IS no base of support for Sam Hammam. Anyone who believed "im sorry i didnt tell lies
i just made a mistake" is either stupid, blinded by his celebrity status, or on the payroll.

the proof of this is that you will find all of the above slated Paul Guy and Peter Risdale and
