Gave MM a budget to sort out a very small playing squad - check
Personally paid for the special lighting to improve pitch condition (much needed at the time) - check
Got rid of Cardiff Blues - check
Financed a succesful promotion push - check
Supplied a very decent transfer budget for this transfer window - check

Langston debt about to get sorted
New training ground, plans well underway
Hopefully after the Hamamm is sorted the debt to equity swap will go ahead as promised.
Now lets be honest who the f**k has done so much for Cardiff City football club in living memory????
All this guy wants is a little respect from the fans for all he has done, and all he seems to get (on this board at least) is pelters!
UNBERFUCKINGLEAVABLE!
His decision to rebrand the club will never be popular, but the positives far outweigh the negatives
Onwards and upwards!

Hows about you give them both a lift from heathrow for the 1st home game vs man city this season as none of this would be going on without either of them

I don't care what good Tan does for us for him to say those against his rebrand are disrespectful is nonsense! The only person who's been disrespectful to our football club is Tan for taking our identity! Interesting how Tan says the 15 million spent on players took us up and not this "lucky red" nonsense! He continues to embarrass himself with his pathetic stunts/comments to antagonise/disrespect the fans!
As someone I know recently said "it doesn't matter what we might win under Tan because feeling you belong to your club is worth more than any trophy"!
When im standing amongst 3000 (hopefully) Bluebirds at West Ham on August 17th, I'll feel part of our club mate, each to their own though
Thats the point gav all the ones say its not my club ect ect they will be standing screaming when we beat man u and the swans!
Can't beat a bit of double standards on here!
I choose to go to games, support my team, cheer and celebrate when we score/win, but also wear blue and chant blue army, Bluebirds, we'll always be blue etc. How is that double standards? I hate the rebrand, I hate us playing in red, I hate Vincent Tan for not making our promotion to the Premiership feel as special to me as it should have, but I will keep turning up and keep respectfully protesting to get our identity back as I cannot walk away.
Why can't I walk away? Because I love Cardiff City, my local team. The memories our club has given me are irreplaceable. I now go to games to support our club in spite of Tan, not because of him. I watch us now in the hope that one day, I can watch us at some point in the future in blue again with our proper identity, so I can experience more joy and more elation to give me more memories to treasure and look back on. I was here 20 plus years before Tan came and I will be here 20 plus years after Tan goes. I have supported us through the good and bad times, whatever the level. Right now is a bad time for me. Why? Because I don't really feel part of our club and I will always hate Tan for making me feel this way.
My favourite time supporting our club was the Eddie May era. I was a junior Bluebird, I was even a mascot for one game, and the whole community was united as one chanting Eddie May's barmy army, blue army and Bluebirds! I really felt part of my club then, there was a real passionate emotional connection, everyone was buzzing and the atmosphere was incredible. We were in the lower leagues, but supporting us was something to be proud of. Back then we had our blue, our Bluebird, our identity and the passionate Eddie May getting the fans united behind him. Those days were the best and those days were what I loved about being a City fan, I felt part of my club, my local club that I used to be proud of!
What we are currently going through now, despite Premiership football and possible future glories, will still never compare to how I felt back then! I will always support my club, but I may never feel like I did back then again because of what Tan has done. Tan can give us all the money, facilities and success he wants, but it still won't feel the same to me. The days I had a passionate emotional connection to my club have gone. What Tan has done has really upset me, yet when fans like me pour our emotions out, you have the nerve to say we have double standards for still wanting our team to win?

I wouldn't say that, it's just people forget all the good things being done as it doesn't suit or benefit their own point of view.
Just thought it was time someone spoke up for the apparant 95% majority
