The likes of Peter Whittingham was even moved by MMs passion and drive to do well for this club and stayed.
A lot of players have quoted that MM was a key reason.
Even Bellamy who if you read his book didn't get a long with a few managers is pushed by MMs desire and has his up most respect for him.
Malky is in a tough boat. It is not easy to attract players when your new to the BPL. He has been very ambitious and he has gave it a good crack.. he has even pushed Wanyama and Ince to coming but for reasons being on their side of the bridge they didn't join.
MM is good manager and young.. still learning but he is young manager with a lot of potential.

I'm wondering myself! Exactly, Whitts was going to go ASAP but Malky told him he would be crucial to his plans and he stayed! And for example if it wasn't for Malky, Bellamy probably wouldn't have come back in all honesty, that's the brutal honesty, he'd have probably retired or got one last Premiership pay-day. Malky has installed a brilliant work ethic into a team that he only inherited not long ago. I feel for Malky because he's grown to love this club, it's not just a job to him

He is a manager who takes a lot of pride in any club and has a lot of respect and speaks highly of the fans.

But no because he can't get players in that are highly rated(baring in mind Cornelius is) he's a poor manager and we should sack him now. Malky is a brilliant manager and I for one am proud to have someone like him to lead us out in the Premier League

Ince's attitude got the better of him, he will stay at Blackpool for the time being with his child but whose to say he won't move.
Malky will be hurt but there's plenty more fish in the sea
