Seemed obvious to me yet as chuckles has pointed out there we clear indications from certain quarters that this was a done deal. It's not about throwing toys out of prams, id just rather people admit they don't know what's going on as opposed to claiming otherwise and raising expectations.

Nice one. I guess there's so much frustration at the moment as we see other teams making signings yet things are slow on our front. It's tough though as we want to aim high yet as a PL prospect won't be very attractive until we show how we perform. We won't perform well unless we get good players and so the vicious circle forms.

If we can get a couple in this next week or so then I think everyone, including me, will calm down a bit but you're right in that simply pointing the finger or moaning won't achieve anything
