I saw the same car near CCS at 6pm this evening. The driver was black, but I didnt see him clearly enough to recognise him as Tom Ince. To be honest, it didn't click what "T1" could stand for until I read this thread!

Someone may have drown it down for him, so he can catch the train to Cardiff tomorrow with Paul and then drive back/have the car to stay at a hotel, so he can drive round the city of Cardiff

Tell me then how can non government private poxy car park companies get your name and address to send you a fine? If they are private, what is to stop anybody registering a dummy company and having access to this data

At least we now know why he had to be back in Blackpool. If he was due to attend a kids celebration of 100% school attendance it would be wrong of him to not turn up.
