We will beat the Jacks from time to time as we are likely to be on an equal footing for years to come. United on the other hand will never fall to our level and we probably won't get to theirs. Imagine beating United at Old Trafford or beating United at all, that could be a once in a lifetime event for some fans.

Equal footing?? you have only made ONE signing, please refrain from the idiotic comments until you have actually kicked a ball in the Prem ;)

Love how angry you get about what we say, ffs why do you care what we think you sad c**t.

Maybe because it's a pain in the ass seeing deluded Cardiff fans on here all the time. We are years away from Swansea, and we would be lucky to even be where they are in 10 years time, let alone 3.

Whenever a Swansea fan on here logically replies something, it's suddenly all "why do you care, why are you getting angry". Get a grip. They have nothing to be angry about anyway, best and first Welsh team in the Prem, respected worldwide, etc etc.

I do understand to some beating the Jacks is everything and to them beating us means beyond their wildest dreams

To me going to Old Trafford with Cardiff is the one game I've always wanted to go to, seen Utd in Cardiff in 74, but never been with City to Old Trafford and to win there would be something special.

I honestly would take Cardiff Winning at Old Trafford, Seeing Cardiff beat Man Utd at Trafford would be one of my highlights of all time, If it meant we lost at the Jacks for a Win at Old Trafford, I would take that without a doubt.

beating the jacks every time hate man ure with a passion will not step foot into old Trafford will not even watch them down the city, even though I am a season ticket holder, but before anyone asks no you cannot have my ticket as my son will be using it  :malky: :old:

Strange how so many of you want to beat us when it wasnt long ago that you were saying that Bristol City were your real rivals. Big shift in opinion it would appear.

The only thing that really matters this season,is not what colour shirts we play in, is not "if we had a choice of beating Swansea or Manchester United, which one would we choose".....no the only thing that matters this season is that we stay up,and Mackay can make that possible by bringing in quality signings,no matter how long he takes to do it

A rare thing but agree staying up is priority doesn't match if we lose twice to you if we stay up as you will be forgotten very quickly! :malky:

Easy decision. To be United at Old Trafford would be a far bigger achievement. Would be remembered longest.

Beating your rivals is always the priority no matter what league your in.
Reaching the prem and playing Man U is a massive achievement in itself, one I'm sure all the old time long suffering fans will enjoy, but we should always aim to beat the Jacks.

I've always maintained I am not bothered by you lot and Bristol C and Newport were more my rivals in the 70's & 80's.

Typical Cardiff fan whilst we make history you lot just talk history. ;) You are talking about 40 years ago. Is that because during the 70s you were higher than us? Because less face it since about 79 to the present day apart from the sam years we have had the better of things between the two clubs. :thumbright:
