I can hear it now (from the away fans):

"Shit ground, no roof! Shit ground, no roof"
"Where's your roofing gone? Where's your roofing gone!"

I can imagine some great banter with the Canton too.

If we want to expand then we'll have to put up with a little bit of inconvenience. It'll be worth it in the end.

West Ham away City have agreed to a Ticket exchange, but that wont necessary happen to them when they come to us.

Well that's fucked it straight from the off. I thought all this bollox would ease off in the Prem. Was planning to train it so where's the likely RV?

Don't drive so can't go West Ham now - may have to have a maiden journey with Carlos!

I'm having difficulty visualising the 70 metre gantry on level 4.

Hope it blends in okay and doesn't look out of place and temporary. I like my aesthetics. :D

just a quick comment in reply to some of the replies on here.
i am not a new found Premier fan/away traveveller. i have been going away since the days of the Valley Rams (Doh A Deer/Martin Payne's bus) then D.O.C (Mikey Gayle) i have even booked a couple on with Carl and Dibs and had the pleasure of Gezza bringing a few of us home from a friendly at Notts Co when we got stuck there a few seasons ago. over the years i have been booking fellow fans onto these buses as its easier for the organiser (martin/mikey) to have some1 say i got 10/15/20 or whatever the number wanting to go to a said game rather than every1 of them booking on individually. over the last couple of seasons numbers have increased for certain games so with demand comes the need for extra buses. i still share with Mikey Gayle regulary and on certain games we do have our own buses. Mike has been attending the meetings and letting me know what is discussed to let others know.

I travel on Saddam's bus and to be fair to him we used to half half of Mikey Gayle's until the numbers escalated to require him having his own bus.

' Tonights Travel Group Meeting. '

Just so you all know 20 Travel Group Organisers turned up tonight.

West Ham away City have agreed to a Ticket exchange, but that wont necessary happen to them when they come to us.
City want our first Premier League game to be trouble free.
Other games mentioned that will have travel restrictions were Swansea and Chelsea.

Do you know if exiles like myself, will be able to travel independantly if we contact Wayne Nash like last few seasons, As I live in the Northwest I was hoping to go via train for West Ham ?

Re: ' TONIGHTS MEETING AT CCFC STADIUM '

Perhaps there were so many there as the club is better organised and brought together all those who run buses who weren't previously part of the travel club. Also there were 20 people there not 20 different travel groups as some groups had more than 1 person representing their group.

Hopefully the extra seats are initially offered to people like me who have to leave the family stand at the end of this season, I suspect there are quite a few of us in this situation.

Re: ' TONIGHTS MEETING AT CCFC STADIUM '

The new seats will be offered to current season ticket holders first...over 3,000 will be on a high level...with anther 1500 odd on a corporate level like in the current grandstand...but I would imagine they would be quite expensive in the middle rows...existing Gold members will then have the choice of what's new up there or first chance of seats that are vacated by current season ticket holders who decide to move to the new level in the Ninian stand.

I'm hoping that's the scaffolding to help workers put the gantry up. If thats the gantry I'm gonna be sat inside it.

They'll probably remove that once they have finished building the gantry itself? It's just support it while they build it I think :ayatollah:

Half way through last season we were down to about 4 or 5 travel groups, apparently now weve got about 15
Funny how we have tripled, I kept saying last season is when the team needed big away support, lower divisions, not just the Premier League.

Looking forward to reading all the info on here later :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Stick to 4 or 5 travel groups (the ones who have always arranged travel) and reward them priority tickets (who have been loyal and worked hard behind the scenes)....where were the others in the past when we needed big away support.

People like Carl and Vince have worked very hard, arranging transport, tickets, liaising with the police, club and other stakeholders.

Sorry in my opinion, the club should tell them to bugger off; but cant see this happening.

You have the exact same opinion as myself, no need for anymore, they should join the existing ones that were there before the Premier League, if we were relegated they would be good like a shot.
