Threat of ban for questioning why posts are deleted?

I want to know why mods can delete and abuse for no reason, over than to stop themselves looking wrong/whatever. It shouldn't be allowed, simple. After all, they would be breaking their own rules, no?

Fair point. I just don't think it's right that someone who questions a mod is then threatened with a ban and abused. My thoughts, that's all.

If I posted because I was wanted then it would mean I have turned my back on posting truths and genuine thoughts without bias, if that was the case id have walked away long ago.

All I want is for clarity in the rules. Rules state abuse is not tolerated, according to your last rules Gavin, but then sometimes it's totally ignored? Loads of abuse on here is tolerated, and I'm not just referring to the incident from today. Homophobic abuse I've seen on here recently too.

I just feel that if there is a set of rules, then everyone must follow them. Mods included.

So yes, if the person in question has broken the rules, a warning should be given, moderator or not.
