The bad parts of Swansea, well no one risks going there and getting infected. They say you have to enter in a suit that is 2 times as thick as an asbestos one.

As someone who drove through cardiff last week this comment really made me laugh. At time I had no idea if I had left Wales and entered a war torn middle eastern country. Nowhere in swansea is as bleak! Despite the best intentions of the welsh sorry cardiff bay government.

As for tramps - plenty of them hanging about the bus and train station in Cardiff. Or are they just the local; residents? Can't tell the difference.
