Dont worry about it matei buy and sell on ebay all the time,iv had loads not pay me for items they have won,the seller will most likely open a case against you on ebay.Reply with whatever answer you want ex i made a mistake etc,the worst that can happen to you is,ebay will put an unpaid item mark against your account,the seller cant even leave you negative feedback,hope this helps you mate

What should I do!!!! Advice anyone!!! Last week I got wrecked on my birthday and went on ebay. I only bid for a tanning business in Kent and completely forgot about it until a few minutes ago I was confirmed as the winner of the auction. I bid £18,000 for it!!!!!!

I make thousands a month on ebay mate dont worry about it just dont pay thers no legal binding agreement thats bullshit

It's not bullshit mate, if you are the winning bidder and you don't pay up, the seller can resell the item and if it doesn't make the same amount as the first time, you can take the non paying bidder to court to make up the short fall if they wont pay it, and thats if the seller wants to. Fact not bullshit
