Gav looked even worse in the fight itself!! perhaps the Broner fight was his last big attempt at glory. Catches up with us all in the end. I think Gavin shud retire. great pro, but why torture himself any more

Yeah I watched it, looked out on his feet by round 3. has he gone back to his bad diet ways, missing training again. Not that i could see lockett allowing that...and crolla is an average fighter who burns will stop in 3.

I think he just fought an inspired Crolla. and Rees had a really off night!

I dunno you know. Crolla did not impress me all that much. he's definately a lad who can be got at and Gav seemed to be well off the pace all night. im no expert but have the studied psychology of boxing a lot. i reckon fights are won in the mind and Rees looks like he dont really want it that much any more. thats not knocking him. cos he prob dont realise it himself

Gutted for Ree's, would love to see a rematch and hopefully he can get back to his best!! Time's running out at his age though

As for Warren, I doubt Cleverly will ever have the publicity OR super fights he deserves. Warren can try all he wants but he's a prick that doesn't have the respect the Matchroom team has.

BoxNation is a shocking channel

I think boxnation is a great channel. Have always loved Steve bunce. Matchroom seem like tesco to me, stack them high sell them cheap. They have done a great job for boxing but now everyone else has grouped together under boxnation and they have great links to golden boy I think boxnation will have some amazing fights with British fighters again.

Far from me to criticise what Matchroom are doing but in my opinion but as a boxing fan I don't think what they offer even compared to the package Boxnation offer. The fights they have are unbelievable for the hard core fan. Plus they get the 'Super' fights to ie Mayweather vs Canelo has been secured.

In regards to Clev fight - We have sold out of the £40 tickets but have ordered more and they'll be with us by the end of the week all being well :ayatollah:

Ovill McKenzie vs Enzo Maccarinelli has been added to the undercard in a rematch of their fight from last year. Its for Ovills Commonwealth belt. That'll be a cracker!

Also... Wales own Gary Buckland looks to be defending his British title against decorated amateur and former British and Commonwealth champ Stephen Smith. He is looking to get back into the mix after the brutal KO at the hands of Selby.

Shaping up to be a superb show! :ayatollah:

Buckland vs Smith for the British title and Enzo Maccarinelli vs McKenzie for the vacant EU title has been confirmed at todays presser. All were in attendance and in good spirits. :-)

10 fights altogether which works out at £4 a fight is you buy a £40 ticket. Bargain.

Thanks to those that have already bought tickets.... if anyone else wants some then shout :-)

I'm going to that fight it will be class, that jack boxer is fighting the same night as well in the motorpoint, i expect a few jacks down in the motorpoint and i expect Utd fans to be coming here for a night out after the jacks game, it could well kick off that day

Generally speaking there's very little trouble at Clev fights from my experience. The only exceptions were Bellew in Liverpool when it kicked off loads and was one of the most hostile atmospheres i've experienced in boxing and also when he fought Murat in Birmingham. We were in the block next to the Zulus and when Enzo Maccarinelli fought and the jacks put the team flag up (who were on the opposite side of the arena) they decided to tar all welsh fans with the same brush and kick off with Clev fans.
