I'm not in anyway ITK but I thought Sam was moving the goal posts for years for various reasons, One being , an emotional attatchment to the club and he is now too old to start a new venture, money is meaningless to an old millionaire, no matter how much he is offered. When I heard a deal was struck, i thought the uprising by BU had spooked Sam into action before the natives go a bit potty and blow it all for him. :ayatollah: Perhaps Tan now senses Sams twitchyness and suddenly decides to grind into him with those high waisted trousers pulled up even higher for the ultimate tycoon power move.

Tan appears ready to shell out close to £30m on players. money dont seem to be a problem if it fits in with his stratagy i dont think paying hammam off has any bearing now on turning debt to equity. either tan will or he won't. but it suits hammam if we all think that the equity switch and payinh Lanstone are tied together cos he thinks fans will somehow presure Tan to pay him. but lest face it 9000 of our fans arent happy with the rebrand. 5000 have either signed petitons or joined a fb group to get the blue back and Tan hasnt batted an eyelid. the longer it goes on the more obvious that hammam is small fry to him

So basically there's no update and this thread has just been started to fuel yet another argument about the rebrand.

On here we are always told it's Tans fault it's never Sams at fault.. I hope for the clubs sake Tan gets the best deal and if it means he manages to pay Sam the least money possible then it's great that the lanston deal is stuttering..

its crazy. every single penny that tan saves on paying hammam could well get spent on cardiff city football club so tough shit to the feller who tried to screw the club. hard done by is he? no. cos he told lie after lie and faked all of us into thinking he was like a jack walker. so i agree. if tan can f**k him over i hope he does

No disrespect but I think you hold BU in higher regard than they are. In terms of business dealings they have exactly 0 influence toward either party.

BU can be quite dangerous to either party even in smallish numbers, Borley's reaction told me all i needed to know, If Tan is easily spooked then Sam may well wonder if now isn't the right time to cash in his chips.

You think Tan will be spooked into rushing a business decision because of some fans? Business and money is his forte. In the nicest possible way, get a grip!

He didnt quite say that now did he.

BU is a noble cause but please don't try and make out they can influence the outcome of a debt which has been in negotiations to be settled for a few years now. Think you need to learn to walk before you can run the 100m in 5 seconds
