If you've got an adult and a child ticket in the family stand and you end up selling the child ticket most weeks they would tell you to move somewhere else so you are better off not selling it back and leaving it empty. For a £10 season ticket it's definitely not worth bothering to get 26p back a game. If they gave the supporter 50% of the sell on price then it would be a different matter and I'm sure all the seats would be full. Having a £10 season ticket could be quite lucrative for club and season ticket holder in that case.

This is a good point.

Anyone know if you CANNOT sell back a child ticket on its own or ANY single ticket for that matter. The club do not allow single adults in the family stand and kids would not go alone (under a certain age obviously)

The family stand will start to empty after November, as by that time we will have already played 5 of the biggest opponents - Man City, Spurs, Man Utd Arsenal and Swansea. The weather gets colder and wetter, the fixtures get moved to Sunday because of the Europa League, and we could be struggling for points by then.

The true supporters will keep going whatever happens, but the family stand is likely to have large empty spaces until the Liverpool game in March.

just a thought

You got shot down in flames because you made a ridiculous claim that those who miss 4 games should have their STs taken off them.

If myself and my son can't make it, I'm going to carry on doing what I normally do, let my friends take my place, so the seat is not empty. I can appreciate at times due to the kids being at school the next day, seats may well be empty.
I honestly thought the club would have given a better buy back offer.
Is the club carrying on with the community offer as of last season does anyone know? :ayatollah:

Just the family stand again. No other empty seats in the stadium.

With only 19 home games, anyone who misses 4 games should lose their ticket.

Holidays, appointments, or being ill are all reasons to miss a game you are full of shit if you think you should lose your ticket

I really don't think we will see many empty seats next season even if it's a team like Stoke or Fulham. We'll sell out most games :ayatollah:

Don't worry about other people, just take care of your self ! Some people have there reasons for not being there, could be work or being ill what ever . Too many people on here try to tell people what they should or shouldn't be doing . :old:
