They'll never lean.

If a bigger/better job comes up then he'll be off like a shot, same goes for Malky. They are seen as a stepping stone, especially with the budget constriants.

They just seem to get quite emotionally attached to their mangers down west then act like jilted lovers when the inevitable happens.

I'd like to think that should Malky leave we would show him the respect that he has earned and wish him well.

Learn from what, all those managers did a great job, only one said he wouldn't leave, martinez, rodgers only turned liverpool down at first because he wasnt sure if he would get the job, soon as he knew the job was his, he was gone, even sousa did a good job, but i think the club were glad when he left. Laudrup is staying i am sure of that and very happy about that a classy guy who has taken the profile of the swans to a different level. I have been lucky enough to have met Laudrup a few times, and for someone who is a footballing god he is down to earth, approachable, intelligent and in and his first season with the swans very successful.

Chuckle to myself as I think back to the melt down on here when merky mackay was fav for the Everton job.

There were a few who expressed their disappointment at the possible loss if our most successful manager as one would expect.

No-one however was disrespectful towards him and would have wished him all the best if he had left. There certainly wouldn't have been any childish name calling.

What do jacks call Martinez?
What do jacks call Rodgers?

I think I'd want a new manager with things as they stand. From a Cardiff point of view, Swansea going into a new season with a manager who SEEMS unsettled, with players that are SUPPOSEDLY not of his choosing, gives us a fighting chance of getting level on the field of play.

I'd like to think that should Malky leave we would show him the respect that he has earned and wish him well.

IN HUW WE TRUST
we have a chairman and board that are looking after our clubs interest before anything else , can you imagine your club with the fans running the show , how good would that be :D

This man talks with refreshing honesty

Yes, i've got to agree with you polo, i think 6 bysedd is after scotjacks title as the only jack poster that most of us are prepared to have a decent conversation with, :) seriously though, he is speaking a lot of sense and hopefully it will continue, good debaters are always welcome on here as far as i'm concerned.

So a good debater is someone who agrees with you..

No, a good debater is the opposite to a knobhead like you.
